The AI that makes the callsyour business should be making.

Chases open quotes. Follows up on overdue invoices. Confirms tomorrow's jobs. Built for Australian trades on simPRO.

Plugs into simPRO. Australian-built. Compliant by default.

One closed quote pays for the year.

Free for 30 days. No credit card.

Your phone is your sales channel. And it's leaking.

Quote sent Tuesday.

It's now Friday. They didn't reply. You forgot to chase. The job goes cold.

Invoice 30 days overdue.

You meant to call yesterday. And the week before. Cash sits with the customer instead of in your account.

After hours. Or on a roof.

A burst pipe at 9pm Sunday. Or two missed calls when you're up a ladder. The AI picks up so the customer doesn't ring the next plumber on Google.

It's an AI office. Not an AI receptionist.

It follows up when you forget, chases overdue invoices, checks in with last year's customers about their annual service, rings after a finished job to catch problems early and win Google reviews, remembers your customers across every call and text, books straight into your calendar — and writes everything back to simPRO. It also answers when you can't.

Follow up
Quotes don't go cold
Outbound call 24 hours after a quote is sent. The AI walks into the call knowing the customer, the line items, the price. Handles objections, closes the deal, books the job.
Chase
Cash doesn't sit overdue
Outbound call on invoices 14, 30, 60 days past due. The AI sends a payment link mid-call. Customer pays before hanging up.
Remember
Your customers don't repeat themselves
Picks up where the last call or text left off — same customer, days or months later. References prior jobs, quotes, and conversations without being told.
Book
Bookings land in your calendar
Offers real slots by name, snaps to the nearest free time, books direct — whether the AI is answering a call or closing one.
Check in
Last year's customers come back around
Rings customers about a year after their last job, asks how it's held up, and offers the annual services you actually do — aircon clean, gas heater service, hot water check, gutter clean — as a short menu. Books whatever they want. Fresh revenue from customers you've already won.
Win reviews
Happy customers actually leave reviews
Rings the day after a completed job for a 30-second check-in. If they're happy, it asks once and texts your Google review link on the spot. If they're not, you hear about it the day after — not in a one-star review you can't undo.
AnswerAlso does this
Customers never go to voicemail
Inbound after-hours and overflow when you can't pick up. Not the focus, but it's there.
Write back
Your simPRO stays the source of truth
Customer notes, job updates, messages all flow back.

Hear it for yourself.

Real outbound calls. Australian voices. The AI you'd actually have ringing your customers.

1

Connect simPRO

One click. We pull your customers, services, jobs, and staff from simPRO so the AI knows your business from the first call.

2

Pick your number

Get a new Australian number in 30 seconds, or forward your existing line. Your call.

3

Tune and test

Name your AI, pick a voice, make a test call. The AI runs through a real-feeling scenario and we tell you what to adjust.

Five more steps after that — confirming hours, picking when the AI takes calls, signing off the disclosure script. All explained in the onboarding guide.

When something goes wrong, you stay in control.

Pause it in five seconds. Approve every booking for the first 30 days. Compliance built in, not retrofitted.

Instant kill switch.

Master toggle in the dashboard, or text PAUSE from your mobile. Per-channel mute (voice on, SMS off), per-workflow toggles, and scheduled blackouts (off Sundays, lunch 12–1) all configurable. Auto-pause on quality regressions is on the roadmap.

Approval mode for the first 30 days.

Every booking the AI takes sends you an SMS within seconds — caller, time, job, and a NO reply to cancel before the work goes ahead. Text GRADUATE once you've approved 20+ bookings over 30+ days, or stay in approval-mode forever.

Mandatory disclosure on every call.

"Hi, you've reached [your business] — this is [Sarah], the AI assistant. Calls are recorded for our records." Verbatim. Every call. No exceptions.

Audit log for every AI decision.

Every booking, transfer, message — logged with the prompt version and the conversation it came from.

DNCR check on every outbound call.

We check the Do Not Call Register before dialling — every time, not on a sample.

Outbound time-of-day rules.

Mon–Fri 9am–8pm, Sat 9am–5pm, no Sundays. In your customer's timezone, not ours.

Encrypted recordings.

Stored encrypted by our voice sub-processor; deletable on customer request within 30 days (APP 13).

When the AI isn't sure, it warm-transfers to you with the context — not "press 1 for sales", but a real handoff with a brief on where the conversation got to.

One missed call pays for the month.

Free to sign up, set up, and test — no card. 30 days free start when you go live with a number (one-off $29 activation, credited to your first invoice). After that, two plans designed around how many calls your business needs to make and receive. First 50 sign-ups lock in founder pricing for the life of their account.

Questions you should be asking.

What if it gets it wrong?
The AI starts in Approval Required mode for the first 30 days. Every booking it proposes comes to you as an SMS — you tap yes or no before it confirms anything to the customer. If you reject, it rings the customer back to reschedule. After 30 days (and 20+ approved bookings, low rejection rate, no quality issues), you graduate to Monitored mode where it books directly. You can also pause it instantly any time.
What's the ROI on this?
Outbound is where the math is. A single closed quote in the $1,500–$5,000 range typically pays for the year. One paid invoice recovered earlier is a week of cash flow back in your account. The AI runs outbound campaigns we set up with you — quote follow-ups, invoice chasers, schedule confirmations — and reports dollars recovered, not minutes used.
When the AI calls my customers, will it sound like a robot?
You pick an Australian voice — Brenna (warm, female) ships as the default, with additional Aussie voices in validation and rolling out as they pass smoke-dial. Or bring your own — drop in any ElevenLabs voice ID, including a clone of your own voice, and it becomes the AI on every call. You write your AI's persona — start from one of four presets (casual Aussie, no-nonsense, polished professional, country friendly) and tweak the prompt to taste. You set banned phrases (no "great question," no "absolutely") and preferred phrases (yeah, no worries, too easy). Listen to a sample call before you sign up.
Does it work with my existing phone number?
Yes. Two paths: forward your existing number to a Office Voice Twilio number (full forward, or only when you don't pick up — carrier codes provided for Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, AAPT/TPG), or get a new Australian number from us and use it on Google/business cards going forward. Number porting is coming, not v1.
What if I want to turn it off?
Five ways:
  • Master toggle in the dashboard (effects in <5 seconds)
  • SMS the word PAUSE / RESUME from your mobile
  • Per-channel mute: MUTE VOICE / MUTE SMS (and unmute)
  • Per-workflow toggles via the dashboard (e.g. disable just invoice chasing)
  • Scheduled blackout windows (off Sundays, off lunch 12–1) via the dashboard
Auto-pause on quality regressions is on the roadmap.
