Getting started
Install from the ServiceM8 Add-on Store, connect your account, pick a voice and persona, set your hours, make your first test call.
Configuring the AI
Persona prompt, tenant vocabulary (preferred phrases, banned phrases, pronunciations), service area, and the knowledge base the AI draws on.
Approval mode & graduation
What the SMS approval messages look like, when the Graduate prompt appears, and the two equivalent ways to graduate or step back — dashboard toggle on Account, or SMS keywords (GRADUATE / APPROVAL / MODE).
