What does a plan cover?
One connected Xero org: its whole outstanding ledger (overdue invoices) and open quotes, chased by voice, SMS and email as one cadence, with reconciliation, holds, Briefing, People and Open items. No per-call or per-minute metering to think about.
Is there really no setup fee?
Correct. Connect Xero and start a 30-day free trial with no card friction to get going and no activation charge. You only pay once the trial converts.
Can I change plans?
Yes, any direction, any time. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades at your next renewal. Your early-adopter rate carries across tiers. It's locked to your account, not your plan.
How does practice billing work?
It's Xero's own partner/subscriber model. Partner-billed client orgs roll into one monthly invoice at your wholesale rate; client-billed orgs pay us directly with you attached as advisor. Flip who-pays per client any time, and subscriptions are transferable. Wholesale discount scales from 10% up to 30% as your book grows.
What if I want to cancel?
One click in the dashboard, or email support@office-voice.com. Cancel during the 30-day trial and you're never charged. After you're paying, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month. You keep the teammate running through the period you've paid for. Data exports stay available for 30 days.
How do I get a tax invoice?
Automatically by email on the billing date, and from Dashboard → Billing → Invoices. ABN on the invoice, GST broken out, downloadable PDF. A standard Australian tax invoice.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Direct debit on request for established accounts, and bank transfer for annual prepay: email support@office-voice.com.
