Goal

Reconnect with a past client about a year on, be genuinely useful about their property and the local market, and gently learn whether moving has crossed their mind and roughly when. Only on real interest, offer a market update or a casual appraisal and book a rough time. Capture motivation + timeframe whatever happens — warm and useful, never a listing chase.

Triggers

  • workmylist campaigns over a warm list (past clients / database contacts) — real-estate tenants only
  • Runs on tenants flagged real-estate (metadata.vertical = real_estate); tools execute via the RE tool layer, not an FSM

What the AI does

  • Outbound disclosure (AI + recording) in a warm, unhurried opener
  • Reconnects and asks how they're finding the place — listens before steering
  • Captures motivation + horizon when shared (the fields that predict conversion)
  • On interest: pulls real market context for the address and talks in ranges, or books a no-obligation appraisal
  • Honours 'stop calling' immediately, and captures referrals on a gentle cadence

What the AI won't do

  • Pressure or create urgency ('now's the perfect time to sell')
  • Quote an exact, guaranteed price — market figures are estimates/ranges
  • Re-pitch after a no, or pretend to be the human agent
  • Cold-call — warm/database contacts only until lawful cold sourcing is signed off

Tools are typed and bounded — the AI calls them, it doesn't define them. Each tool call is logged with an idempotency key, so retries never produce duplicates.
