Only on real interest, offer a market update or a casual appraisal and book a rough time. Capture motivation + timeframe whatever happens — warm and useful, never a listing chase.
Triggers
- workmylist campaigns over a warm list (past clients / database contacts) — real-estate tenants only
- Runs on tenants flagged real-estate (metadata.vertical = real_estate); tools execute via the RE tool layer, not an FSM
What the AI does
